Default IP banning and reporting?

<font color="royalblue">Ok, I have gotten a few non-family friendly sites posted in my guestbook. I know how to ban that IP from my site, but how do I report them to thier ISP?



EDIT: I googled whta the IP address resolved to (lstraine-gw.pub.ro) and it came up with LOTS of guestbook signings. </font>

Leanna go to the url below...put in the IP...in the results you should see a report abuse e-mail addy.

So I tried it with a different IP to see if I did it right and I saw it on that report thingy. The one I was wanting to report is located in Romainia. Found out the guys name though!
