Can you help me?

SINCE I GOT MY COMPUTER BACK ON LINE, I HAVE TWO SMALL PROBLEMS. WE HAVE SOUND BUT WE CAN NOT TURN IT UP OR DOWN. MICHELLE CAN NOT FIND WHERE TO FIX IT. ALSO WHEN I OPEN MY AOL EMAIL THE PRINT IS SOOOOOOOOOOO SMALL. HOW DO I MAKE IT BIGGER? THANKS FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME.

[img]images/smiley_icons/smile.gif[/img] Go into the Control Panel--look for & click on Sounds & Multimedia Properties--then click on the Audio tab--there may be several selections for you to choose from there--each one may have a Volume button to click on--another box may appear with adjustments for you to make in order for the volume to be louder. Slide these levers to about half way on each of the boxes. Restart your computer and see if that helps the volume.
