Anyone else collect s&p shakers?

I have a collection of over 150 s&p sets. My daughter also has quite a few pairs that my MIL gave to her when she stopped collecting them.

The only problem we have is that most of them are packed away due to a lack of space to display them. I was thinking of cutting into and making shelves between the studs of a wall we have above the stairwell and finishing it in. Has anyone else done something similar
