Salt Dough Pie instructions needed please.....

Hi..I am looking for the instructions for making the salt dough pies that look sooo real. Not the pot-pourri kind, but the cherry, apple etc.. I would also like to know how they make the "juice' that looks so real. What do you use to make the cherries, the glaze, the juice? My grand-daughter and I would love to try our hands at this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all.
