I got addicted to these thanks to a free book I got. It was by Joanne Fluke, her Hannah Swansen Cookie Jar series.
What are cozy mysteries? Well I think different people have different definitions and it's not limited to one thing. Usually it's everyday people like you and I solving mysteries. But sometimes they're police officers or private investigators. Alot are part of a series.
I've found some authors that I'd like to share.
Of course Joanne Fluke's Cookie Jar mysteries.
Barbara Connelly, her herione is named Charlotte LaRue, set in the Garden District of New Orleans and she owns a housecleaning business.
Laura Childs has 2 series, one is set in a Scrapbook Store and the other is set in a Tea Shop. I've read one in the Scrapbook series, none in the tea house yet.
Mary Daheim has a B&B series set in Washington State. I've read of few of these and they're pretty good.
I found this website and it has a list of cozy mystery authors. You can go through and see if you find one that interest you. I've got a whole list of authors to try. I just picked up 2 from Monica Ferris and one from Barbara Allan at the library.
