I bought Paula's autobiography the other day. I went on a book buying spree! But I haven't gotten to it yet...I think I ended up getting 5 books that day!

<font size="3"><font color="orangered">I read some of her story in Good Housekeeping or some magazine like that~she and I suffer from some of the same problems....but I DON'T cook!

You will have to tell us how it is~

I think I might have to go to Sams and get a few books for myself for Mothers Day~

I realy want to cook but I'm totally clueless as to where to start!

Paula Deen will be in Dallas TX in August for one of her cooking shows~I mentioned to DH that I might ask my sister to go with me~He said ok! he just wants me to cook! lol

Cuppy! I did the same thing! I bought Paula's autobiography, and Debbie Macomber's new book! I haven't gotten to either one yet because I'm still reading Fern Michaels last &quot;sisterhood&quot; book.

MGF - I envy you!! I would LOVE to see one of Paula's shows. I just love her. Unfortunately DH can't stand her. Don't know why. I don't have either of Paula's or Rachel's cookbooks though. I think if I were to buy one, I would probably get Paula's. I'm more into &quot;comfort foods&quot; like she is. Some of Rachel's stuff is too wierd. Now, Hubby does like Rachel, but his absolute favorite cook from Food Network is Giada DiLaurentis (sp?)! I think it's because she wears low cut tops, and not necessarily because of her cooking.
