| This is your opportunity to exchange books with other members!
Here's the idea:
You post a list of books that you have to offer, and a list of books or authors that you would be interested in getting in exchange. Also say if you are interested in sending the books if the other member sends you S & H.
PLEASE! this is NOT to be used as a means to sell your books!
The usual rules appy:
1. Be sure you read and understand all the rules and instructions before you sign up for a book swap.
2. When you sign up for a swap(of any kind) remember that your word is an agreement, between you and your partner.
3. If something happens (and sometimes it does) notify your partner AND moderator IMMEDIATELY!!
4. Failure to honour these guidelines could lead to your Community BAN!! | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Slide For This Useful Post: | | | Moderator Level up: 32%, 172 Points needed |

Do we sign up right here? Or what?
Ok, say I list a bunch of books I have, titles and authors. Cupcake sees a specific book on my list she would like. Does she say so on here or does she PM me? And then, when I send it to her, is it a straight across trade, like a book for a book, or can I request a book from someone else and Cupcake not send me one in return. And then........ I should probably edit my posted list to remove the books I've sent out and/or add books I've read and want to re-swap? Am I getting this or am I way off base? | | | | | Super Moderator Level up: 40%, 335 Points needed |

| I'm getting dizzy! The way I see this working is you post your list of offers and list of wants and you deal directly with one other member Ie I have a book you want but you have nothing I want - perhaps you can offer to pay the shipping to get that book to you - that won't work indefinately though - members will get tired of sending out books and getting nothing back to read, so you are better off offering books up to trade.
Also, although the "deal" may be done by PM, you are better to post your lists in the thread for all potential traders to see....
have I made more sense? | | | | | Moderator Level up: 32%, 172 Points needed |

I gotta go! It's 4:30! Time to go home and create my "list"!
See ya tomorrow!
Ok, now that I have gone back and read your post, I may be able to see where you may have become confused as to what book 6 I was referring to. However, in my defense, Is there any other author worth reading 6 books from???????
