I absolutely love her books! Most of them are about women you can really relate to. They're really good stories! I have just finished book #5 in her Cedar Cove series and am anxiously waiting for #6 to come out in Sept. I guess I can relate to these books because they're based on her home town of Port Orchard, WA. My niece used to live there so I can actually see some of the places she's talking about.
That's really cool! I know on occasion I have read a book set in a place I have been and I know for me it adds to the enjoyment as well!
Debbie Macomber is going to be in Union Gap, WA (Yakima) on July 28th. She's gonna be at Borders for a book signing! I am DEFINITELY going to do my best to be there too! I'm so excited and can't wait. I'm gonna try and have her sign both my "Susannah's Garden" book and "A Good Yarn" book.
NOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN GIRL....I'm sending you money...you will buy me a copy of one of her books and get her to sign it for me....I've already got Susannah's Garden but I need it for the book discussion group....Girl I'm gonna PM you tomorrow!!! Yes, MGF, she writes a lot about crocheting and knitting. Mostly knitting I think. I haven't read one of her books yet that HASN'T at least mentioned knitting.
Ok Cupcake. I'm looking for that PM. I'll have to check out the B&N discussion group. I looked at it earlier, but I've been so busy at work, I haven't had time to play on the 'puter much. Do you have to have the book with you while you're in there?? It may look a bit funny if I have an open book in my lap at work. I'll go check it out. I do remember getting an e-mail about the book discussions from B&N.
I've not done a discussion yet so I don't know what it involves....guess I 'd better check the site cause I think the two of them I joined are starting soon, but I can't remember when!~~~

Yes and Yes.
I love the Cedar Cove Series! Now that I'm caught up with them, I can hardly wait for the next one!
You go by the addresses. 16 is the first book. 204 (I think) is the second book. The address with the 3 in it is the 3rd book, address with the 4 in it is the 4th book, and so on..............
