Default Beaded Safety Pin Bells

My grandma made some Christmas bells out of beads and safety pins. My Mom has one to two that hang on her tree every year. Does anyone have a pattern for something like this? I would love to learn how to make these? Thanks!

I do alot of safety pin and bead projects but I've never seen a bell. If you can get a couple of pictures at different angles I could make a pattern for it.:angel:
