Eye Pillows??

I am wanting to make several eye-pillows or sinus-pillows

I have seem them with scented herbs and spices in them but I was wondering what was that hard parts in the bag?

Is it rice? deer corn?

Assistance please~

<font size="3">I have not used the deer corn or buckwheat. I know that rice doesn't have a scent neither does flaxseed.



If you are going to make ones that can be heated that the rice may burn , and that flaxseed may become rancid if heated too long.
