March ATC swap signup

I was going to wait until everyone had their atc's for Feb but because Easter is early this year and so close to St Patrick's day I wanted to get the sign up posted. Also I would like to do the sign ups that last week of the month so I can assign partners the first few days of the month . This will give us two weeks to do the cards, a week in the mail and receive them the 3rd or 4th week.

Easter - "The Egg Hunt"

You can sign up for one or both
Sign up is Feb 23 to Feb 29
Assign partners March 1
Mail out is March 14
