Hot Smokey Pecans |

| 1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cups pecan halves
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Stir together all ingredients. Spread pecans in a single layer in 15 X 10 inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 300*F check them and stir around on pan a couple of times. Bake for 25 minutes or until toasted. Makes 2 cups |
