| Have you ever had one of those parfaits already made up at the grocerystore. Ever since I bought one I have been making my own and eating one every day for lunch
Layer 2 to 3 times
fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) or use fruit you have on hand, I have used cut up nectarines, seedless sliced green and red grapes, banana, kiwi, just whatever you have
french vanilla yogurt
