I am looking for a recipe for a sauce to cook those little smokies in. My daughter gave me one that has pineapple in it. I am not a pineapple person. I could use barbecue sauce, but I was looking for something different. Any ideas?

I have one but it's more for a main dish. The recipe calls for regular sausage; however, you could scale it down some. It's from a site I sometimes visit:

Ok dear...now don't say YUCK until you actually try this....I use it. I tried it on Al and Kelly and didn't tell them what it was and they loved it.
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
2Tablespoon packed brown sugar
1Tablespoon lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, until smooth and well blended.
You can then pour it over your smokies or also on meatballs...it's good try it.

Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies
1 pkg. Little Smokies
1 pkg. bacon
1 box brown sugar
toothpicks
Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap each Little Smokie with a piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Continue wrapping Little Smokies until all are used. Put into a 9x13 pan. Pour the entire box of brown sugar over the bacon-wrapped smokies and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sounds strange, but tastes great!!!
