Hello, my kids love these too! here is the recipe I use:
Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1 tblsp butter or marg
4-1 oz semi-sweet chocolate squares or 1 cup chocolate chips or candy melts melted.
Measure first five ingredients into bowl. With your hands, mix together well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Chill for 2 or 3 hours.
Dip balls into melted chocolate to coat, and drain on waxed paper. Makes 4 1/2 to 5 doz.
