| This has always worked for me
(officially its called butterscotch popcornbut we always call it caramel, and it tastes like caramel to us!)
Popcorn
125g (4oz) butter
2 tblespns honey
3/4 cup sugar
make up popcorn. Combine honey, sugar and butter in a pan, stir over low heat until sugar disolves, slowly bring to the boil, and boil for 5 mins.
Pour syrup over popped corn and mix well, until corn is coated. Pour quickly into a greased oven tray, and cool. And Bobs your uncle!! |
