Need Pattern for Sponge/Scrubber Angel

While surfing recently I came across a site that had lots of "Angels" to sell at bazaars. One was made from a kitchen sponge, a nylon scrubber and other cleaning things. Unfortunately, I did not get this site bookmarked.



Does anyone know of this site or any other that would give instructions and, hopefully, photos to make these. They looked cute and would be a nice variation from the dish towel angels.
