I haven't made one of these yet, but I have seen them and the are very cute made out of the store bags!! We have a store here called Zellers and right now their bags are RED!! I have lots of people saving them up for me!!!

I have a friend here who makes them and sells them for $20. She can't keep up with the demand! She pays my DD to cut the strips for her.
