| I started on a diet at the first of the year. Started at 240. I managed to lose 20 lbs on my own. Then I decided that I needed extra support. I joined Weight Watchers. Had been a member back in the 80's. Did well as long as I was a member.
Anyway, I rejoined three weeks ago. Was down to 219 when I joined. Have lost 12½ lbs so far.
The weekends are the worst since my husband is home and the granddaughters are here. They are always cooking pizza and it smells so good. The aroma of the foods get to me me. I feel really hungry when I know I am not really hungry. Hard to stay on track. So far I have managed to do so, but don't know for how long.
I would like to see a regular post on here of people's menus for the week. Always looking for different things instead of the same old salads and etcs. Is there a post of that kind on here and I have missed it?
