Surgery went well. I had to spend the night in the hospital because I had some duct thinning and scar tissue the surgeon was concerned about.
But all is well.

Turns out that this "incidental find" may have saved my life. The gallbladder was really bad. He also said that I probably won't have any problems adjusting my diet because there's evidence that my bile duct had already been compensating for the lack of function in my gallbladder.

But I'm up and moving around, slowly, but moving around. I'm starting to eat solids again. I'll be causing trouble in no time.
