Debbie J ~ Is the bib one that has a strip of counted cross stitch fabric in it, or is it just all terry cloth? Or are you just wanting to do embroidery on it? There are a ton of iron on patterns at craft/fabric stores usually. OR..... If you have a color book or a picture of a cute teddy bear (simple color books are really good for this) you can buy transfer pens and trace the outline of your picture or pattern onto paper and make your own iron on patterns. I've done this before.

If it's counted cross stitch there are links to patterns... I'll see what I can find.
