| Well I am off to a great start I hope. I have lost about 5 pounds. That shopping trip sure helped all the walking. Made sure I got lots of veggies and fruit. Work today waitressing, then home to do my Wii work out and then hopefully a nice little walk.
Dinner tonight- 3oz chicken breast broiled and salad with lots of greens and stuff
Just have to remember to eat my other meals and I should be good, not like yesterday I skipped lunch as we were shopping and by 3 I had the worse headache-ended up having one of those tiny MacDonalds cheese burgers Opps but there wasn't really anything else to get.
