Measurements are 14.5 “ X 5” for the medium and 20” X 5.5” for the large.
The wrap is encased in a nylon bag that is surged and double stitched to ensure durability. Each one is filled with long grain rice, just enough to hold heat for 30 minutes or more, and yet just the right amount to allow for the pack to bend and contour to your body.
Each wrap has a REMOVABLE cover that can be washed. Use the wrap for heat therapy from the microwave or cold therapy from the freezer.

Uses include therapy for neck, shoulders, across the back, down the back, lower back, hip or any place that hurts. Stress is responsible for some aches and pains. Just heat the wrap up and lay it across your core. It works wonders in relieving stress.
