| Buglady just don't worry Take one day one pound at a time or one inch ...... get a weight band that you can sit with and also a ball is a good one I use to think how can u sit on a ball or lay on one for it to work BUT IT DOES it streches your body and tones giving you alot of strength also if you have a pool of warm water you are able to use that is a great start for the knees IT TAKES TIME to come off REMEMBER,....it creeped up on us over time   |
