| I have lost 3 pounds in the last week!
I haven't made it to the gym yet, but I have been taking walks at work.
Have been eating a lot of fruit, chef salads (love the meat ) and replacing my pepsi with G2. Yeah there's still sugar in it but it also has all the electrolytes and stuff. |
