I will be buying 1% milk in the future in quarts for me. My boys can't seem to handle it. They like the 2%. Thursday: Early morning snack: banana
Coffee w/French Vanilla creame - lasts most of the day Breakfast: 1C SpecialK Redberries w/ 1/3C 2% milk Mid morning snack: 2 1" chocolate chip cookies Lunch: Ground beef tostada w 2Tablespoons sourcream, glass of water (Mexican Restaurant with girlfriends) Afternoon snack: 2 bite size snickers minis, 1/2 cup coffee w/french vanilla creame Supper: Leftover spaghetti w/2 slices of white toast & butter, water Dessert: 1 S'more - home made in the microwave
Watched Tims game - very frustrating so burned some calories there! 
Worked out on the treadmill. 25 minute Total body workout again. Burned 160 calories and 20 carbs..... not including the ones burned doing the exercises on the floor between walking sessions.
