| So I started out the new year by finding out I only gained 2 pounds last year! That is much better than it could have been. 
I am not going to make big goals. I know what weight I want to get to (lose 50 pounds) but if I don't reach it I am not going to beat myself up over it. 
I have started to drink more water. Working out when I can. (not very easy with so many kids running around the house!) But chasing after them is considered exercise isn't it? 
I am controlling my portion sizes when I eat. I am eating healthier too.
My starting weight is 196.  |
