Well couple weeks ago i was maintaining 188, last week i went up to 191, but this week i'm back to 188.5. i will be starting a new job now and wont have to look at my kitchen and try to stay away from food all the time. I will be drinking more water. I am still walking a few times a week, and trying to walk more. Keep up the good work ladies (and gents?). We need to slow down on eating, take time and enjoy the food. We need to drink more water. Take more walks.
