I did the justice of the peace and I have been married 22 years now. A small dinner, wedding favors were simple boxes filled with almonds wrapped with a pretty ribbon. Simple and to the point. I did not even bother with the flowers. But they would have added a nice touch tough. The dollar store has a nice wedding section regarding decorations.
