hello and good morning, ladies, I am trying to keep on track, will start tomorrow on Dr. Atkinsīs 14 day induction plan and with that will hopefully lose at least 10 pounds plus I do the Leslie Sansone walk at home three miles whenever possible if not do the one mile workout.

Just got to keep at it, at least one pound at a time
