I am bleary eyed searching the web and blogs for instructions on how to make pull bows for package toppers and decorations. I plan to have this as a craft activity for my Girl Scouts and their Moms. We try to do a Mom and me kind of thing every quarter and this was a suggested skill to have. Can you help? Many thanks from the troop and me!!
