Sounds like everyone is on the right track I have to lose some weight too, (for health reasons) but as you may have noticed it's cheaper and easier to eat the "bad foods" and the "healthier foods" costs almost double. Why would food that has lower sugar, lower fat, etc. most than the foods that are loaded with these things. No wonder our kids are now having issues with their weight too.

These days you have to take extra time to really read what's in your food and this can get misleading as "sugar free" isn't in fact sugar free and that goes with 'fat free" and the others.

Research what foods will actually help burn off those unwanted pounds. Become as educated as you can...
