Hello everyone

I am finally back and settled so nose to the grind stone. Well considering the food we eat this weekend and a few drinky poos I have lost one pound. lol Now that we are home it is back to routine to continue losing my weight. I have started eating more white meat. I love chicken and can eat it everyday of the week so this weekend I stocked up on all kinds of prepackaged meat from my BIL store. I have chicken breast and cut up chicken breast which helps with quick meals

I take about four or five pieces of the cut breast, cook in a frying pan with a little spray, lay it on top of a plate of fresh veggies. It is so good and sure beats eating plan old salad all the time. As well I love stir fry with a little bit of white rice(about 1/2 cup)

Interesting fact I found out. Your body weight can fluctuate an average of 2 pounds a day. That can be just because of water and other things especially if straying from routine.

Also when weighing in do you have clothes on if so what is the weight of the clothing. Light clothing such as shorts and t-shirt is about 2 lbs-jogging pants and sweat shirt is about 5 pounds. So remember to deduct that from the totally weight or weigh in buck naked or wear what you wore the first time weighing in and that will give you the more correct weight on the scale. I wear the same clothing every time I weight myself. Just a cool pair of cotton shorts and t-shirt.

Have a great day everyone.

Smiles n hugs
Leah
