hey there ladies i am glad you like the pics
it is super easy to do but it is time consuning as you have to let things dry
believe it or not that is just dry wall compound and paint really easy to do
first we pulled of three layers of ugly wall paper then applied a thin coat of compound let dry... then tape off your brick pattern and once you have that done put another thicker layer of compound i used a texture roller to make it look like real brick and used the scraper you put compound on with to knock down the to big of bumps then when you have it looking just the way you want you pull the tape off leaving the brick look behind you have to do it while the compound is still wet then let that dry completely
we then but on base coat of paint (the morter color) and started paining the brick with a stencil bruch lots of pouncing lol after we were done with that we went back and did any touch ups in morter kids got little excited and went to far on a few
that is all there is to it
it took us about three weekends to do it we had a blast doing it now i just have to figure out what to do with the celing .... any suggestions
