We've done the stepping stones in the past, a simply pie plate, that the kids then decorated the bottom with buttons and colored rocks and beads, then we had adults pour in the concrete during the next day (as we had VBS at night) and then by the end of the week they were unmolded and ready to take home with all the other projects.
That was in VBS at least two years ago, and I still have the ones my kids did in our front yard by the front door. |
