Yes those Tens units are great for pain control.
Sadly lots of insurance companies don't cover them....

As far as the spinal cord stimulator is that one that they implant and you have a control outside that controls the impulses???
When I had my back surgery last year the dr had a "dummy" set up of those. I don't know really how they work but I do know that back pain is horrid so if it helps I'm all for it!
