| That sounds like a wonderful plan weigh ins on Friday mornings. I can do that.
I don't have much of a plan yet either nor do I have a scale(on the shopping list). I am going to do my measurements tomorrow morning to keep track of inches lost.
I have cut down on my soda intake but think I am going to cut it right out all together and stick with water
I found that yogurt is good lol never like the stuff but now can't get enough of it.
Going to eat my six small meals a day weather I like it or not
Start walking more often and see if I can do a little more of a work out such as stomach crunches, etc. Maybe three times a week
That is about all I have at the moment. I really need to start eating right I think that is my biggest problem.
