hi to all
here is how i take care of stress and worry i get help from the expert of all experts
matt. 6:26-34
look at the birds of the air that they do not sow neither do they reap nor gather into barns and yet your heavenly father feeds them are YOU NOT MUCH MORE WORTHY THAN THEY?
and which of you by being ANXIUOS CAN ADD A SINGLE CUBIT TO HIS LIFE SPAN
and why are you anxious about clothing observe how the lilies of the field grow they do not toil nor do they spin
yet i say to you even solomon in all his glory did not clothe himself like one of these
but if GOD so arrays the grass of the field which is alive today and tomarrow is thrown into the furnace will he not much more do so for you O MEN OF LITTLE FAITH
DO NOT BE ANXIOUS THEN SAYING WHAT SHALL WE EAT or WHAT SHALL WE DRINK or with what shall WE CLOTHE OURSELFS
for all these things the gentiles eagerly seek FOR YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER KNOWS THAT YOU NEED ALL THESE THINGS
BUT SEEK FIRST HIS KINGDOM AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS and all these things shall be added to you
THEREFORE DO NOT BE ANXIOUS FOR TOMARROW FOR TOMARROW WILL CARE FOR ITSELF EACH DAY HAS ENOUGH TROUBLE OF ITS OWN
GOD DID NOT SAY OUR LIFE WAS GOING TO BE AN EASY ROAD HE TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TROUBLES ALONG THE WAY BUT IF YOU GIVE THEM BACK TO HIM HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT SOME TIMES HE HELPS YOU THRU TROUBLED TIMES TO TEACH YOU SOMETHING IE.. TRUST , PATIENCE ECT....BUT IN ALL THING INCLUDE HIM HE WILL GET YOU THRU
HE HAS HELPED ME SO MANY TIMES I CANT COUNT THEM ALL FROM HAVING BOTH PARENTS HAVE THERE RIGHT FOOT AMPT. IN THE SAME YEAR TO THE DEATHS OF TWO OF MY AUNT THOSE ARE BIG THINGS BUT EVEN THE LITTLE THINGS HE CAN HELP WITH JUST TRUST HIM AND THERE WILL BE LESS
STRESS AND WORRIES
I KNOW I WENT ON A LITTLE LONG BUT IF I CAN HELP ONE PERSON WITH STRESS IT IS WORTH IT
