| I will join...
I really wish it were as simple as no takeout (I don't think once a month is affecting my weight too much)
I NEED to add exercise.... however yesterday when I tried to skip rope, I could feel the muscle that I tore last year starting to tighten and pull, and my sholder is STILL in pain (so I haven't been doing my free weights)
I really do want to give this a try though |
