| All joking aside! FOR ME the first step is attitude - I am making the scale move the wrong way!
I need to take better care of myself in EVERY WAY - I used to meditate - I may not be able to do that everyday now, but heck even once a week to just take 10 minutes to clear my mind would sure be nice. Putting make up on more often etc - I have spent the last 4 1/2 years looking after Slidette instead of myself.... time I take back a little of that time for ME!
Somehow I have let myself "Slide" - with it has gone my self esteem - it has created a snowball affect - the more I slide, the worse I feel.... you get the idea
The first step for me is to find 15 minuutes (or more if I can) JUST FOR ME! to exercise / do my nails / pluck my eyebrows.... whatever!
What is everyone else going to do for thier first step? |
