I have/am making books and decorative boxes this year. The boxes are for storing jewelry or other momentos and larger ones to sit in a handy place in the bathroom for storing that extra roll of T.P. I also make journals, wedding books, cook books (that you write your favorite recipies in) and for my diabetic friends I have designed a book to record blood sugar levels (adds a little spark and fun to what gets to be a mundane thing). I have so much fun personalizing these things for my family and friends!!
