Default Beaded Christmas tree
Old 11-27-2007, 11:54 PM   #10 (permalink)

Can you be more specific on the type of beads. There was one I first learned to make oh about 20 years ago now...all teeny-tiny seed beads. Bakc then we did everything from scratch, the ornaments, the garland etc. It was (and still is beautiful) Took about 100 hours because you had to measure and string all the beads. Since then, WestTrim came out with pre-loaded wire sets cutting the time down tremendously. They also make little ornaments and tree-toppers etc. Looks around on the net and on ebay for "mini-tree" and you will pull up directions and supplies. Hope this is the one you are trying to describe. I have made 4 so far....each unique, each delicate looking, each beautiful, Family members have used their children's and grandchildren's jewelry etc. as parts of the ornmants making the trees family heirlooms.
