Default Stuffed Pepper Soup
Old 10-23-2007, 08:36 PM   #1 (permalink)

THIS IS RICH'S FAVORITE. I MADE IT TODAY WITH A GOOD CRUSTY BREAD AND BUTTER. YUM!
1 1/2 lb. hamburg
3 lg. green peppers chopped small
1 lg. onion chopped
2 regular size cans of beef broth
1 26oz can tomato soup(not diluted)
1 28oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked rice (3/4) cup uncooked Don't use instant
cook beef, onions and green pepper. Drain. Add to pot with tomatoes, tomato soup and broth. Cook 30 minutes. Add your cooked rice and just heat . This so hearty and delicious with the crusty bread. You can also make a salad if you wish. A great quick supper.
