We actually have a bathroom cleaning product here that is awesome on scum...I think it's called sani gel - it is REALLY harsh and I will only use it every couple of months or so since we are on septic. I also hear that those self cleaners for the shower (I don't know what they are called, but they clean the shower when you get out) are supposed to work well for keeping the shower clean
