Yea~my old Dr use to tell me that only "mean" Dr.s gave their patients shots in the foot.

My current Dr. said he wasn't mean he just wanted me to get better!

If I would have known that I would have gotten better I would have begged for the shot a long time ago!



I would for sure try the Advil~that did give me some relief.



I have heard that rolling your foot on a tennis ball helps some too! Worth a try!!!
