Hi Jessica, would you need are called crip beads and they go on either side of the bead you want to stay in place!! What you do is put on a crimp bead and sqish it in place then put on your bead, and then another crimp bead and squish it in place and this will hold your beads where you want!!

These are tiny little hollow beads and you just squish lightly to the wire or any stringing matterial you are useing!! Over squishing them will break them or your threading matterial!!
