As often as we are able, we buy our gas at No frills gas bar. They give a coupon for 2 cents a litre for the grocery store - then I go to the store once a month or so for a big grocery shop (it's 30 minutes away, but on hubbies way to work) It also helps that they normally have one of the better gas prices
Planning your trips - I know we have said it before, but try to cut down on the little trips in milk bread etc by planning what you will need
