Dry cleaners....but make sure they know how to take care of the item. If you have other stitching friends around ask them if they've ever used one and see how they liked their work.

A little note on the masking tape: I use to use it....but I got a product called fray check. It's a liquid and you drop it on your material edges and it prevents it from fraying...you may have to re-apply a few times, but it does the trick and doesn't leave any residue.
