Default Gas Saving Tips

All of these are make-sense and we probably all know them but sometimes it's good to be reminded:

1. Take off the lead foot! Fast, jerky stops and/or high speed driving is a gas guzzler. Either leave early or don't be in such a hurry while you're driving. Keep in mind that high gasoline prices prevent your paycheck from going as far.

2. Fast food, long waits! Addicted to Big Macs? Craving for Fish n Chips? PARK YOUR CAR; go inside and order. Waiting in line, especially with AC running, is doing nothing but wasting gasoline. Same thing with bank windows. If there is no line, go ahead and proceed to the window but turn off the ignition while your transaction is being handled.

3. Organize your errands! I no longer leave the house because I need one item at the grocery. (Haven't done that in awhile, actually1) Make a list of everything you need to do that day, then map out (either on paper or in your mind) how you can most efficiently make one "swoop" of where you need to go.

I know there are many other tips but these are the three that come to mind right now.
