What is computer scrapbooking or digital scrapbooking? Digital Scrapbooking is scrapbooking using a graphics based program. Most computer scrapbookers use Microsoft Picture It!, Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. What do we do with these layouts? Many scrappers adhere their computer generated layouts onto cardstock, print at high resolutions and place them into their scrapbooks!
